We have a strong apetite for any first position, performing loans that have at least a 600 credit score and real equity of at least 10%. The better the scores and the lower the LTV's the better the pricing! We offer nationwide service and prefer pools of $20 Million or less. In business since 1999.

Sorry I've been slow to respond. I'm working on a couple of REO deals that have my full attention.
The investment banker is used to dealing with institutional investors and it didn't occur to him to give me a minimum amount. I won't be able to deliver small packages.
So, if you are buying in bulk I'll make the introduction.
