It would be impossible to get paid if all are like you, wouldn't it? I am NOT a broker (not good business to make assumptions). Also, it's unnecessarily difficult to prosper as an investor if all who were at least somewhat successful forget where they started, and viewed others not as experienced as "flies at a picnic."

Lonnie,

I would be interested if the portfolio allowed cherry picking.

My buyer's parameters are limited by property type, location and whether the notes are performing or non-performing.
