I have authorization to sell 35 notes, 1st mortgages. 30 are in Michigan(mostly Detroit) and a few other Ill, OH, Mo, and Tn,.
Scores range from 570-670. Average loan is 45K. 15-20 yr am. 7-8% interest rate. LTV is mostly 80's to some 97% Seasoning starts June 1 and carries to Nov.1. All are current.
