looking to liquidate 292 NPN

Yes - we're the lender/note holder. I'm in charge of liquidating 292 non-performing notes - however we can. We are currently working the assets - full disclosure on borrower contact history.

This is not a public tape or sale - therefore no brokers - don't even waste your time.

292 NPN's, covering 28 states, 29MM mortgage balance, third party BPO's performed.

We are willing to sell the assets individually or bulk. Individual sale prices range from $500 to $30,000, estimated bulk price 8MM.

After reading some of the other forums within this thread - I thought I would throw the offer out there. Never thought I would post our distressed assets on a forum - but I guess you never know.

Kinda funny - buyers can't get a hold of the asset managers and asset managers can't always find direct buyers.
