We're looking to purchase $8-10 million in currently
performing Commercial Real Estate secured bank notes in the Denver
Metro area. Can be any type of property, one note or multiple notes.
However, they must be currently performing and in the immediate Denver
Metro area.



We are willing to purchase at very reasonable prices.
