Selling For $ 1,611,206.00

Seller has 5 year Rent to Own Contract with one year seasoning and 4 to go.. NO late payments.

Annual Gross Rental Income $185,100, with the option for Seller to retain servicing at 10% annual fee Receive a Monthly Lump Sum check of $13882.00 when Seller collects the payments.

Seller will also process the eventual sale when the Rent To Own tenants obtains a Mortgage.
