Wanted: California Residential NPN Pools.

Does anyone on Bigger Pockets have access to large California/Residential NPN pools? My company is in the market for several California pools with an average UPB of $250k+ and transaction size of $10MM to $100MM. We're looking to pay 15 - 25 Cents to UPB. If anyone on this site can help in providing product meeting the above criteria, please contact me asap. Thanks.

Have one sanitized tape of CA RES NPN. Checking if still available.

111 loans in CA with a combined UPB of $45mm. The BPO's were done on the property in August and came back at $31mm. The bank is selling the product at 43% of UPB, which is $19.35mm. Though the bank's numbers state the combined BPO value is $31mm, the pool is not being sold on BPO value, but rather a percentage of UPB.
Average BPO - $287K
Average UPB - $407K
Number of loans - 111
Region - CA
Price - $19.35mm (43% of UPB)
Ca Loan Pool $19.35M 43%

We need to be direct to the Owner/Seller of the pool. Is that a possibility?
