We created this forum so members can share with others tales of their real estate success.

Did you just flip or wholesale a great property? Tell us about it!
Did you find a great buy on a rental property? Give us some details.
Did you find a loan (conventional, private, HML) that you may not have otherwise gotten? Spill the beans!

We're interested in deals from everyone from investors to agents to lenders to bankers to developers, and everyone else!

We're also hoping to hear how BiggerPockets might have played a role in any of these deals. If it didn't play a part, we still want to know.

Thanks in advance for sharing your stories with all of us!

Please be certain that you are not using your success posts to promote yourself or your business or they will be removed to the classifieds.

We have had this occur on several occasions, which is the impetus for this post.

So . . . please do share your successes, but do it without the "and you too can get rich by connecting with me" plugs that some folks have been dropping.

It is not an everyday occurrence that a mother-daughter duo finds success as real estate agents. But Carol and Jamie are exceptions! They manage their own real estate agency in Orange County and have a successfully done so over the last 34 years. They have recently closed house selling deals at Dana Point. Their area of work is mainly limited to Southern California. I wish them all the luck for future. :D
