Working on another one with FSBO
Folks,
I have got my 1st FSBO lead and started working immidiately on that without any dealy. Once, my wife and I show the home (3/2/2), we were in immidiate love for this home. Before we went to look this home, I have done all my analysis and possible prices with Sale and Rental CMA within the area. We offered the price to seller and which was accepted immidiately.
Upon last week closing on this home, my seller complemented me for being very easy during the entire process of selling experience. The closing went smoothly with minor hiccups (Of course from Lender), but overall not bad at all. This was almost ready to move-in home. I still have few minor things to do in this home.
At this time, It was listed for rent. We are very hopefull to find an appropriate tenant for this home soon before holiday season kicks off.
