that will be okay. I appreciate any contacts. This property is at Evanston. Basically entire kitchen remodel plus add on & flooring, paint.

Mark Musick is a good guy - very professional. I've seen his company do rehabs from small up to 1 million in size and they're good. He's the only one I know that probably operates in Evanston. I sent you a colleague request - accept it then PM me for his phone number since I can't post it here.

Hello, I'm looking people that need Re-Hab work. I do
Complete Rehab, water
fire, mold damage restoration, mold inspections, (re-builds) drywall, painting,
post construction cleaning, carpet installtion and tearouts, new flooring,
property management, I have 11 certifications, 2 are
Master Certifications.
I've been doing for 18 yrs. 11 Certifications.Can maintain
cleaning swimming
pools and landscape too. I also know about the recent
RPP Ruling with lead based paints with the EPA, and
do mold clearance sampling too. I'm in NW Illinois
Chicago-land area.
