questions for a property manager?
I'm meeting with a potential property manager and was looking for advice wrt questions (and answers!), and on deal structures, typical %.
They are a real estate agent and private re investor, and they are self managing successfully, but don't have critical mass. I'm looking for someone in the area who could manage 3 or 4 sfh, but low income, rents 500-800 range.
I live here, but am away too often to self manage, and finding a decent pm company seems a fool's errand.
