I'm excited to announce that we've just launched the BiggerPockets Real Estate FilePlace!

Members can now upload and share forms, documents, spreadsheets, templates, ebooks, letters, presentations, and other files with their fellow BiggerPockets members.

Additionally, you can create folders to organize your files and can also attach them to your forum posts or property listings.

In order to rate and review a file, you must download that file.

Pro Enhancements
Our basic members are limited to downloading 10 files per week and do not have the ability to make their files private, while our PRO members can download as many files as they want - no restrictions - and can set their files to be private.

We use Amazon to host the files. I won't bore you with the details, but the delay is a necessity. BTW - the average time for a file to go live is about 5 minutes.

What are people allowed to share Josh? I have some material that I circulate to people frequently offline when they ask about typical questions. The trouble is that it has some branding and/or contact information in it. Is that permissible to share via the site?

We've now got 42 files in the FilePlace and we've had a total of 2,816 downloads so far!

If you've got any great files that you use - forms, spreadsheets, documents, presentations, .applications, agreements, ebooks, etc., please share them with your fellow investors; and of course, please spread the word about the BiggerPockets FilePlace!

That makes two of us, Bryan. Not only does sharing give you the opportunity to earn goodwill from your peers, but it also provides a chance for credibility and visibility. People are definitely using it and downloading files -- hopefully more elect to upload and share the tools in their toolbox.
