Hello BP!
I'm just curious which aspects of BP do people use the most. If you could reply with a short list, that would be great (1-3 areas or more if you want). I'm interested to see what other folks look at while on BP. Thanks!

The Buy and Hold Guys: what RE investing looks like, when holding a day job!
This is pretty easy for me...
1) Forums
2) Blogs
3) File Place
1) Avatars (I.m trying to figure out what everyone is smiling about, it takes hours)
2) Misspelled words (typically mine, although I dont know theyre misspelled)
3) Google Ads (trying to figure the perfect wording for an add)

I am smiling too!

Forums are my favorite.
For me it has changed over time.
Currently,
1) Blogs
2) Resources (like county assessor websites in other states)
3) Forums
I use to get more out of the forums and for awhile now it has been hard to find the time to really visit the forums much.
I spend most of my time waiting for firefox to finish loading the ads. It's not just here, it's everywhere there are ads.
I use the forums 10-1 over anything else. However, now that subscribe to the blogs with my Google Reader, I have been reading more of the post there to.
Huge fan of forums, blogs, file place. Mostly forums though.

4. Just last night, I spent about an hour watching the BP member video interviews. This is really something I think newbies as well as more seasoned members should watch. It is very interesting to see different ways to skin a cat!

Good call on the interviews! I think I have watched them all now...I even managed to suffer through my own.
Carlos - Time to dump Firefox for Chrome. Everything loads much more quickly and it crashes less, IMO.
I'm surprised to see that none of you mentioned the BiggerPockets Blog, which has great, fresh new content every day. Thoughts?

2. BP Blog
I spend hours on the forums. I just check out the BP Blog to see if the new article for the day is of interest to me and read through that. When I first found BP I spent a few weeks reading my way through all of the posts on the BP blog since the very first one, there is a lot of good information there.

I lumped all the blogs together (members and BP). The BP is great, has a ton of good info and a lot of knowlegable contributers.

Where can I find this? Thanks.
