@Karen Margrave, not quite yet. However, I am researching a few hard money lenders right now in the Phoenix area. Also, there is a BP Member that is working with a Real Estate Attorney and will let me know how it goes when he is done, so that will be nice. I figured it is better to ask, even if not for a great reference, but a "Stay away from so and so" kind of deal :) I saw in one of your post that your parents live in the Phoenix area. How do they like it, and how long have they been there?
