Trying to close on a mobile today- title is in deceased mother's name still...
Hey guys-
I have a great deal 95% done on a 2/2 double wide in a high end park here in Washington. It's partially remodeled and quite nice and they had it posted for $20k but need to sell as the lot rent each month is $800. I offered $6,800 and we're basically in agreement.
Only hangup is this- The seller's wife and her sister inherited the mobile when their mom died in May. The trailer is in the mother's name- but they have the will that declares it to them.
How do I get the mobile into the wife's name so she can sign it over to me?
