Talk me out of it.....
I am considering buying a mobile in a park and fixing it to resale with owner finance. The landlord of the park knows what are plan is and called me with the deal, but yet he will still have to approve the person who buys from us. I know the risk of being at his mercy and yet, I am so tempted. I can buy it for almost nothing, fix it with not much money out of pocket, but lots of work, which I like to do. Good profit potential. I think I understand the Dodd Frank issue and this would be the only one we do this year. Advice??
