What you are actually selling when you wholesale is the contract, not the property. So you could actually wholesale almost anything, house, land, commercial building, mobile home or a moped. If you have a valid contract to purchase, you can sell the contract.

Sure you can, But you need to have a good idea of what a Mobile home is worth. You will not get that info from the seller I am sad to say. They actually believe it is worth everything they owe. Poor dumb sheep.

I am located in SW Michigan and we pay bird dogs to find us quality mobile homes that can be moved out of the parks all of the time! We are always looking for 3 br. single wides that are 1990 or newer for good prices:)
