Need investors in the Portland OR metro area
I am looking for some active real estate investors that want properties in the Portland Oregon metro area. My wholesale connections and private lenders have brought me more deals than I have buyers for.
If you are an investor and are looking for a flip, let me know so I can get you on my buyers list and shoot you some deals to look at. Please don't bother if you require 50k plus profit deals. Most of my investments generate 25-30k in profit with usually under 50k in rehab required. None of these deals have been listed on the multiple listing service (RMLS).
