2nd deal
Closing on my 2nd rental house (my first SFH) and just wanted to make @Ben Leybovich proud by saying that I did it with 100% (private) financing.
In my first deal I put about 16% down and he challenged me to do 0% down...and got it done. I don't think the raw numbers are quite as good as my first property, but is offset by the 0% down.
