looking for advice on how to market and sell 2 adjacent buildable waterfront lots on nova scotia Canada

I am trying to help a family member sell these lots but not sure how to market these. I'm looking for advice on how to sell these since they've been listed with a realtor who hasn't done much to try to sell em.
