Proof of Funds

Hi All,

I am trying to make offers on properties through some realtors, but they are saying I need proof of funds. If my plan is to wholesale this or use hard money, i.e. I don't have the funds myself, how do I show proof of funds? Will a hard money lender provide this? Thank you.
