Real Estate Auctions
Where I live there are four homes that are in the process of being auctioned off. I spoke with the auctioneer and he told me to do my due diligence on these homes. What would the due diligence process be for these homes? They have been sitting vacated for roughly 3-5 years, the outside and inside is in need of remodeling. I want to say they might have been acquired via a tax lien or tax deed but I am not sure. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
