Cons of having a realtor license?

Hi all,

I'm considering getting my real estate agent license.  I think I'm aware of most of the pros, but I was wondering if I could get your feedback as to what might be the cons of being a realtor who also looks for off market deals (other than the upfront costs, continuing ed requirements, dues, and other costs).
