Foreclosure home/Homepath Reno Mortgate
Need a simple answer. Looking at a forclosure property which is Homepath Reno Mortgage available. Do you have to use Fannie Mae's contractors or can you hire who you want? My husband is a contractor and wants to do work himself. I cant find anything online that will answer this question and we ask a realtor and was told "no"
