Special dog room?

Just wondering, if any of you have ever done this or consider doing this? 

I think it's a great idea for a higher end house, that has the space. Most people these days have a dog(s).

So, if there's an actual laundry room, I think it wouldn't be so hard to add a doggie-wash and it could really swing the choice
