Subject2 in Closing....Please Help

My buyer has asked me how the mortgage company will respond and/or reconize the new buyers insurance policy as the note holders insurance is dropped. They would also like to know if how the tax deductions will come into play...quite frankly I'm in the dark on these answers. Could anyone offer advice?
