Paying Property Tax Bills With Credit Card

Hi guys,

I'm trying to pay my property tax bills (I have 11 places in Atlanta) with a credit card has anyone been able to do this without incurring the extra 2.5% charge in some counties?

I'm trying to increase my spending on my US credit cards to get extra airmiles.
