Registering as a business or no?
I haven't come across this specific issue on the forums as of yet, so I thought to discuss it. What's the consensus on is you own rental properties, should you officially be registering some sort of business? Knowing lots of folks who have income properties, I am sure they don't have a Inc., LLC or any sort of business or name. Then I see that some people do. I think taxes will be payed/filed the same either way.
