What is the largest assignment fee you have charged?
I have been reading through some older threads about wholesaling. The general consensus is that after a certain $ amount it is best to double close. I am just curious if some of you guys have assigned 5k+ contracts. I know some buyers feel that as long as the deal makes sense for them they don't care what you make. There are also folks that have said the wholesaler making such a large profit would make them want to walk. (I don't agree with that)
