Closing on a deal!
Good Evening fellow investors,
As of right now, I'm living and breathing real estate in the city of Charlotte. No sleep for me, especially tonight. Just found out my buyer only needs 5k more to obtain pre-approval for financing. That money will be returned in a matter of minutes.
Any suggestions on what I should do?
