costs for utility hook-up, asbestos abatement, tear down, etc.

Hi,

could someone please provide a rough idea on how to calculate :

1.  cost of tearing down a property

2.  cost of tearing down a property that had been home of hoarder

3.  cost to hook-up utilities such as sewer, water, natural gas

5.  cost of asbestos abatement and/or removal

6.  cost of mold abatement

7.  cost of building home (i know huge variance, but anything is better than what i have, which is nothing)
