need advice on this building in stockton 1325 N Center place 95202
Well, i am new investor in the Stockton market, me & my partner recently came across this building that we can acquire with no money down. I don't have the good numbers to work on because overall this deal doesn't attract me much.
Here are the important questions:
This is in the rough area of the down, would you touch since type of building in this area?
How hard would you think renting this property out will be?
Over all, i am just curious if i should even touch it? The mortgage payment will be around $3,000 excluding taxes and insurance.
