Polyurethane Spray Foam roofing for flat roofs on CRE - HELP!
I'm interested in having a polyurethane spray foam roof installed at one of my buildings. I'm curious if anyone owns a building with a spray foam roof right now or has any experience with the product. I'm really curious about the longevity of the product, repairs, and continued maintenance. I would assume it should be coated with an elastomeric coating every 5-7 years to extend the life of the foam. Any input would be greatly appreciated!
