Largest REIT IPO EVER priced out today

I don't know if anyone else follows the REIT IPO market but today is an exciting day for sure.

Paramount Group(REIT) priced it's IPO at $2.29B. This continues to show the value in both commercial space and real estate as a whole. With investor appetite comes more money to capital markets.

Also, single building IPOs are being planned(in Boston) which is an exciting change as well for liquidity and a shot in with the big REITs.

Signs are pointing to a great trend!
