Down payment on commercial real estate
Hi, I'm looking to purchase a Multifamily commercial property but currently have only 25k to put in and would need an additional 25k to close the deal. What are my options on trying to acquire the additional monies. I could get a personal loan for 25k but that would show up on my credit report right? And if that assumption holds true, would it effect my chances of getting a loan? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!
