Florida areas for RE investment

Hi All,

Looking to purchase a property in Florida.Open to all areas but had Orlando or Tampa area in mind. I want to purchase and rent it out for long term lease. Budget 50-70k.Any suggestions?

If you know someone on the ground who is Knowledgeable.Please let me know
