re: how to best guess foreclosure opening bid

Hi all,

I am wondering how I can be pretty accurate with what an opening bid will be on a house being sold on the court house steps. What information do I need to look at to be fairly accurate what the opening bid will be before they give an opening bid number out. Thank you for any help
