JV on a rental/section 8
Hello all. I am a new investor and I found a motivated seller in which a guy I attend a REI group with is helping me lock up this deal. We are not sure if we can sell in this neighborhood so we are thinking about holding and fixing and then section 8.
I want to know how should I structure the deal between me and my partner. He has the resources to by and fix and I do not. Should i request a split in rent? And if down the road if the property sells, should I get a % of the profit?
