Owner financing?
How do I go about preparing an offer to present to the realtor of a property that I would like to see if the seller's will owner finance? I have decided this is the only way I would take on this piece of property so that I do not have multiple mortgages through a bank. It is a duplex that has been rented out for multiple years and they do not want to move and a small one bedroom house also that needs some work but would also be able to rent easily. Sell price is 68,000 It would give me a positive cash flow of roughly 400 a month all things considered but these numbers are still a rough estimate. They are pretty motivated seller's for the fact that it was left to them by their father and they do not want to deal with it. Thanks in advance.
