Turnkey multi family rentals with no money down
I found 2 multi family properties, a 6 unit and a 4 unit as part of a portfolio package (current investor looking into a bigger deal and wants to unload). Will cost me about $260k asking price. I haven't done the math yet on cap rates, ROI, etc but hypothetically, if I were to consider the purchase, could I buy them with little to no money down and how?
