Last May we started what has become one of the most popular threads on BiggerPockets -- a discussion titled Diary of a New Construction Project. The thread followed @J Scott over the course of a year as he built a new construction spec home, and it had hundreds of posts. He shared the ins and outs of the project, including photos, receipts, and all the documentation imaginable.
We thought it might be a good idea to convert the thread into something more digestible, so we pulled out all the questions from other users and transformed it into an ebook that we're offering for free to all members of BiggerPockets.
