Building new modular homes
I have a question for someone who is very adept at calculating the ROI and related values for building new homes on land and flipping them. These will be water front properties that will sell for a premium but I am not 100% clear on all the related financial calculations / RE terms. I have a finance background but i am a bit confused as most of the literature is rehab/flip related.
Can someone answer a few very simple questions?
