I have been searching for land in Atlanta to build a duplex. I have found a few potential opportunities and I have a design, rough construction budget, and a rough pro forma.
I currently have about 10k cash. The deal would cost about 600k for land, construction, and soft costs.
What financing options/strategies do you see to make this deal happen?
