Cost Per Square Foot for New Construction in Atlanta and Builder Suggestions
Ladies and Gentlemen,
I am considering building in Atlanta, and I need to figure out the cost per square foot to build a house. I am also wondering if anyone has suggestions for builders in the Fulton county area.
I am purchasing the lot separately, so I only need construction. I have had houses built in the past, and I know that things like the finishes that you select can influence the price per square foot, so I just need a general idea.
