Using options to invest on vacant land.
Hi. I'm from Northern NJ and I have read on options being a neat strategy to invest. However, I was wondering if there's anyone who could elaborate on their experience on using options; specifically for vacant land, though I do not mind hearing about other uses for option agreements for residential or commercial properties either.
I do not have experience in any kind of investing yet either, so my next question is if this would be a good way to start investing in real estate. I'm all ears...eyes in this case. Thank you!
