Relationship between my own Mgt. LLC and Holding LLCs
If I'm forming a separate management LLC to run all leases, expenses, etc. through and all properties are held in separate holding LLCs, should I make the Management company a member or the sole member for each holding LLC? Or should the Management LLC not have an ownership interest in the holding LLCs at all? In the latter, I would just be the sole member of both the Management LLC and all Holding LLCs.
