County appraised value
Hi BP, I'm relatively new to the site and I'm going to start off with a quick question...
How would I find out the county appraised value of a multi unit I'm looking at? I looked at the county assessor site but the assessment seems low (if I'm looking at it right)... is there a multiplier? Also, how would I understand what the potential value of the 3-plex would be? The funny this is, it is a small town and this is the only zoned multi-family property in the area... Thanks in advance!
