How To Find Good Deals

I Just wanted to get some insight and advice from the BP Community on Where are you guys/ladies finding Good deals @. Rather it be multi family properties and also Single Family homes. I don't have access to the MLS so i have been searching Redfin, Zillow, and even Craigslist. Any suggestions or advice?
