Just curious,

But was wondering what some people were before they turned to real estate investing. What type of job did you have and how do you compare real estate investing to your job??
BTW... any physicians, pharmacist, health care professionals here??

I was a over worked tow truck driver for 7 years. I spent way to many days in the desert heat cleaning up accident scenes.

You wanna meet someone uneducated with no apparent path to success then I'm your guy. Thankfully I chose a different path in my life and I think a lot of my aggressiveness is due to the fact that I never want to be where I was before.

I was a Financial Planner. Loved every minute of it. But I woke up, and decided that I never wanted to be a "suit and tie guy" (DRI) again.

For me, investing is investing. I just changed my item of interest.
