anyone else getting sick and tired of getting email after email from different guru's advertising products for other guru's? It is INCESSANT and it is a major turn off.
I'm beginning to to wonder if any of these guys actually make money in real estate or if they are just good at internet marketing.
I guess I just need to unsubscribe from their list.
its rare that any of them are actual real estate investors. They're all internet marketers selling informational products. If they're not pushing their own, they're getting paid to push the other guys. Unsub from all of them unless you enjoy all the spam.
And there is another reason why BiggerPockets is careful not to get into business with them.
Be careful . . . one you get into bed with one of these guys, odds are you'll then be in bed with the lot of them.

I'm starting to see that now. I have a feeling a lot of other people are starting to see it too. It's getting WAY out of hand.
I just got to the same point as you did, and I basically unsubscribed from all of their lists.
I have to agree with Josh. One of the advantages of BP is that joining doesn't release your email to these marketers. I have joined other sites and been bombarded at times. Several sites come to mind, but I'm sure many have experienced this.
